I have proof! Rain will fall in Phoenix! The clouds have come and gone for several days with no drops on the ground. Today, the rain came. I heard the unusual sound as I was sitting at my computer. I jumped up and ran to the window and saw drops falling. The wind was blowing the rain towards my door, but camera in hand, I stood in the doorway to see, smell, hear, and feel the rain falling. Puddles formed, and drops fell. I loved every moment. I let the rain soak my clothes and fall on my head (protecting my camera of course). Large and small drops hit the ground, and at times sheets of rain flew by. The storm did not last long, leaving me wanting more but feeling grateful for every drop.
